Projects - Books for your kiddos

Having read hundreds of books to my own kiddo, I was inspired to write a couple of children’s books myself:

Ruby’s Sock Market is a story about an industrious owl and her burgeoning sock business. My intention was to lull your kiddo to sleep with storytelling rhymes, but hiding underneath, a cute lesson on basic capital market mechanics. This book was featured as a free gift for newly opened Wealthsimple RESP accounts and my first dip into self-publishing!

My second book, titled Sometimes it’s okay, highlights uncomfortable situations we put our kids in. These may be passed down from our own experiences, or from our dated ideals of politeness and saving face. The writing style is intended to make us all feel a little uncomfortable, which is perfecting okay!
